Role Description Do you have a passion for building things? We are looking for a full time Project Manager, with 7+ years experience, to work in our SUE Group. The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for utilities and how the relate to civil infrastructure. Must be located in the Greater Toronto / Golden Horseshoe Area, however will be working mostly from home office. In the PM role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing SUE projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will also effectively monitor and communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities Manage and deliver SUE projects from initiation through completion. Prepare technical proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules. Oversee the production of SUE deliverables and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Manage project budgets, profitability, and financial performance. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, including survey and vacuum excavation providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, utility owners, and project stakeholders. Represent 4Sight at client meetings, industry events, and business development activities. Identify opportunities to expand and promote 4Sight's SUE services within your market area. Ensure all work products meet our commitment to quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with technical leaders and operational teams to resolve project challenges and improve project outcomes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of company processes, standards, and best practices. What we are looking for in the ideal candidate Strong understanding of Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) principles, practices, and industry standards. Experience managing engineering, utility, survey, or infrastructure-related projects. Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, and profitability. Excellent communication, client management, and relationship-building skills. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external subcontractors. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of utility coordination, municipal infrastructure, transportation, or civil engineering projects is considered an asset. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering Technician EIT, P.Eng, OLS, CET, or C.Tech, PMP, is desirable Compensation CA$100K to $140K annual salary, dependent on qualifications and experience.
