THE ROLE: The AMD Client & Graphics Systems Engineering team is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Program Manager to assume compliance, domain and project ownership across the Feature Enablement & Validation engineering organization. This role carries end‑to‑end accountability for planning and execution, driving successful delivery through integrated scheduling, proactive risk and dependency management, and disciplined status reporting and follow‑through. The Program Manager is also responsible for driving, enforcing, and continuously evolving execution processes to ensure consistent operational excellence. The CGSE team is a key element of AMD’s strategy to deliver the highest-quality, industry-leading technologies to market. As the Feature Enablement & Validation Program Manager, you will work closely with teams from pre-silicon through post-silicon to launch, helping ensure our APU and discrete GPU products reach the market on time and with high quality. You will work across teams, blending strategic and tactical experience to deliver high-quality solutions within time and budget THE PERSON: A team player who fosters collaboration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the Product Compliance workstream, including planning, verification, risk management, and delivery of all compliance requirements necessary for the successful launch of AMD commercial products in global markets. Rapidly assess existing product compliance plans, identify gaps, implement required adjustments, and negotiate timelines, deliverables, and priorities with ODM partners and internal AMD stakeholders to meet launch objectives. Ensure completion of all required certifications, regulatory registrations, approvals, and compliance documentation. Provide executive-level readiness assessments and recommendations supporting the product's Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Own end-to-end program management for assigned domain IPs, driving schedule execution, feature readiness, dependency closure, issue escalation, stakeholder alignment, and product integration to achieve key program milestones and launch commitments Own program management across multiple projects and technology domains, driving alignment and execution across cross-functional teams. Drive effective Feature Enablement and Validation engineering planning, including resource management, risk assessment, change control, execution tracking, and cross-functional coordination through strong leadership and communication. Coordinate and track schedules, dependencies, deliverables, and issue resolution activities across teams to ensure product requirements are successfully delivered from concept through production. Manage budgets, resources, and assets for Feature Enablement and Validation organizations. Provide concise, data-driven updates to leadership on program status, key milestones, risks, mitigation plans, and execution progress. Establish, enforce, and continuously improve Feature Enablement and Validation processes, methodologies, and operational best practices PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or a related field. Semiconductor, SoC, or platform systems experience preferred, with the ability to navigate technical discussions and drive issue resolution. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional and global teams. Proven program management skills, including schedule planning, dependency management, risk assessment, and execution tracking. Expertise in global commercial product compliance and regulatory launches, including Energy Efficiency, Product Safety, EMC, Wireless, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Product Labeling, and Substance Restrictions. Experience driving validation, feature enablement, and product launch readiness activities. Ability to proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution. Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across organizations and geographies. Strong presentation and executive communication skills. Experience serving as a Domain Program Manager, driving IP execution, feature readiness, milestone delivery, cross-functional dependencies, and issue escalation. Ability to work effectively across time zones, partnering closely with ODM teams in Asia and AMD teams in the Americas. ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: BASc (or equivalent) required; MASc/MEng (or equivalent) preferred.
