As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through completion, with full accountability for client experience, financial performance, and overall project success. Responsibilities Lead projects from concept through completion with overall accountability for outcomes. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, and contracts. Act as the primary client contact and lead all communication. Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants. Monitor project performance including financials, timelines, and client satisfaction. Lead client and internal project meetings. Manage change orders, cost control, and financial reporting. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Provide direction to Site Managers on priorities and sequencing. Ensure compliance with contracts, building codes, and company standards. Requirements 7+ years of experience in construction project management. Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and client management skills. Strong financial and analytical skills. Ability to lead teams and drive accountability. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
