We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support industrial, environmental, and construction projects from planning through completion. This role works closely with project managers, field teams, clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities and help ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Competitive compensation + bonus program Extended health, dental, prescription drug and travel insurance benefits Matching pension plan Annual cost-of-living increases PPE allowance, extensive safety training and professional development Post-secondary education awards for employees’ dependents Key Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables Coordinate labour, equipment, materials and subcontractors Support project planning and on-site execution Monitor project progress, costs, quality and schedules, escalating issues and making adjustments as required Identify project risks and support the resolution of issues to minimize delays Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, permits and project requirements Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, field teams and internal stakeholders Provide regular project updates, reporting and financial tracking to leadership Monitor quality standards and ensure deficiencies are addressed promptly Assist with project closeout, documentation and lessons learned What You Bring Post-secondary education in Engineering, Environmental Science or a related discipline 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience in industrial, environmental or construction environments Strong experience coordinating field-based projects Working knowledge of construction, industrial processes, site operations and equipment Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills Ability to support multiple projects and field teams simultaneously Valid driver’s licence Ability to travel approximately 25% throughout Manitoba, primarily for day trips with occasional overnight stays If you're a hands-on Project Coordinator who enjoys working with people, solving problems and helping deliver successful projects, we'd like to hear from you.
