Are you an experienced Project Manager with 5 to 30 years of project experience, in a general contractor role, looking to join an established company where processes and protocols are in place, and the corporate structure allows nimbleness and adaptability. The Role This position is responsible for providing overall direction of assigned projects and responsibility for the overall project performance including costs, schedule and quality assurance. This position involves subcontract negotiations, liaison with owners, engineers, and sub-trades, and management of the technical and financial aspects of the contract. You will be the front-line CANA contact with consultants and the Owner and will be responsible for promoting and projecting the CANA image of efficiency, quality, technical competence and fair management of trades and suppliers. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architectural Technology. (Equivalencies will be considered) 5+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager with progressive responsibility in the size and scope of projects.
