About the Role: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of civil construction methods. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of civil infrastructure projects. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet client requirements. Manage and oversee project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies. Prepare and present project reports, including financial and progress updates. What Brings You to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a lead project management roles. Proven track record of managing complex civil infrastructure projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations. Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
