They are responsible for ensuring project alignment with client needs, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates must hold a university degree in architecture or engineering and possess at least twelve years of relevant construction project management experience. Membership in the OAQ or OIQ is mandatory, and PMP certification is considered an asset.
