Lead the college-wide deployment of artificial intelligence by setting the vision, priorities, timeline, and progress measures, while coordinating stakeholders and institutional committees. Develop practical AI governance and ethical guidance, manage risks and pilot initiatives, build community skills through training, and communicate developments and recommendations to college leadership and the wider community.
