Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise Cybersecurity, Technology Risk, and Governance initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment. The successful candidate will oversee complex, cross-functional programs supporting cybersecurity transformation, cloud security, third-party risk modernization, AI enablement, regulatory compliance, and enterprise technology governance. Working closely with Cybersecurity, Technology Risk, Infrastructure, Architecture, Compliance, Audit, Legal, and Business stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks, organizational priorities, and security best practices. Key Responsibilities Project & Program Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cybersecurity, technology risk, and governance initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality objectives. Develop integrated project plans, resource plans, financial forecasts, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and executive status reports. Coordinate multiple workstreams across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and Business teams. Manage project governance, steering committees, executive communications, and decision-making forums. Cybersecurity & Technology Risk Deliver initiatives supporting enterprise cybersecurity strategies, cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), third-party risk management (TPRM), AI governance, and security modernization. Partner with Cybersecurity and Technology Risk teams to ensure security requirements are incorporated throughout the project lifecycle. Support risk assessments, remediation planning, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance activities. Drive initiatives that strengthen operational resilience and enterprise security posture. Governance & Regulatory Compliance Ensure projects align with industry standards and regulatory frameworks including: SOX OSFI Guidelines NIST Cybersecurity Framework CIS Controls Enterprise governance policies Coordinate governance reviews, control validation, and compliance reporting. Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and executive risk reporting. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Build strong relationships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors. Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and governance meetings to align project objectives and resolve delivery challenges. Manage vendor engagements, project deliverables, contracts, and performance throughout the project lifecycle. Change Management & Transformation Lead enterprise transformation initiatives involving cloud adoption, digital modernization, AI automation, and operational improvements. Drive organizational change, adoption planning, communications, and operational readiness. Identify opportunities to improve governance processes, delivery practices, and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives. Experience leading Cybersecurity, Technology Risk, Governance, or Regulatory Compliance projects. Strong understanding of enterprise security principles, risk management, and governance frameworks. Experience managing large, cross-functional technology programs within financial services, insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries. Proven experience managing project budgets, financials, governance, RAID logs, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications. Experience delivering cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. Preferred Qualifications PMP (Project Management Professional) CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or CGEIT certifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Familiarity with AI governance and automation initiatives Experience with GRC platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or MetricStream Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments Preferred Experience Financial Services Banking Insurance FinTech Enterprise Cybersecurity Technology Risk Cloud Security Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Digital Transformation Regulatory Compliance
