Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Project Manager on a permanent basis within the Major Projects Team. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK. We're looking for an experienced project management professional who thrives in complex industrial environments and is passionate about delivering large-scale capital projects safely, on time, and within budget. In this role, you'll lead projects from initial feasibility through design, construction, and closeout while collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll do: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of major capital projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and expenditure requests while managing engineering, procurement, and construction activities. Oversee construction activities, contractor performance, and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and project governance. Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project team members, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project closeout activities, including documentation, turnover, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives. Who you’ll work with: The Team: You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, tradespeople, consultants, and contractors supporting major capital projects. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Project Management & Capital Project Delivery and: Have 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in the petroleum, refining, energy, or oil and gas industry leading medium to large-scale projects. Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or a related discipline (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Hold, or are eligible to obtain, a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation recognized by APEGS or an equivalent provincial regulatory body. Demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management, construction management, risk management, and project execution capabilities. Have experience managing engineering consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
