Project Coordinator, Design & Engineering | Telecom | Rogers Programs

🌐 Remote | Flexible FHA Solutions Inc. is growing, and we're looking for an experienced telecom professional to join our Design & Engineering team as a Project Coordinator. This role is fully remote, with flexible hours built around getting the job done. As Prime Designer for Rogers Communications across Ontario, we deliver end-to-end utility design, including survey, engineering, permitting, and network design, all under one roof. This role is focused specifically on coordinating the design and engineering workflow. You'll act as the bridge between our clients and technical teams, ensuring designs, engineering deliverables, and project requirements move efficiently from initiation through completion. What you'll do Act as the primary client-facing point of contact for design and engineering projects Coordinate closely with designers, engineers, survey teams, and other internal resources to keep projects moving Track design and engineering deliverables, deadlines, and project requirements Manage projects across client platforms, including ADM, as well as our internal project tracking systems Keep design, survey, engineering, and permitting workflows aligned and on schedule Review project status and identify issues that could affect delivery Communicate project requirements and priorities clearly to internal teams Resolve issues and ensure clients receive timely updates throughout the design process Help maintain accurate project information and documentation across applicable systems What we're looking for Experience in the telecom industry is essential Direct experience working with Rogers programs is strongly preferred Familiarity with Greenfield, RB (Rogers Business), and Service Expansion project types Experience with ADM (Rogers' project management software) is a strong plus Experience with SpatialNet is a plus Working CAD knowledge Comfort using AI tools to streamline administrative work and improve productivity is a major bonus Strong organizational skills and a genuine client-service mindset Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently What success looks like Design and engineering projects remain on schedule Technical teams have clear requirements, priorities, and deadlines Design issues are identified and escalated before they affect delivery Clients receive clear and timely communication Project information and tracking systems remain accurate and current Design, engineering, survey, and permitting teams remain properly aligned throughout the project lifecycle Why FHA We pay the highest rates in the industry, and offer the strongest annual increases in the sector.
