Apply today and help us build what matters. Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting a Project Manager to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Project Director, this role is accountable for providing overall project leadership and direction to ensure successful delivery, profitability, and timely completion. The Project Manager is involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning and start-up, pre-construction, financial management, execution, close-out, and HSEQ, while maintaining a strong focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Manage project budgets, estimates, and financial controls: Collaborate with Preconstruction to develop, revise, and monitor project budgets, cost reports, quantities, and client deliverables. Lead subcontracting and contract execution: Manage the full subcontracting process, including scope reviews, subcontractor selection, scope development, execution, and contract compliance. Oversee day-to-day project execution and scheduling: Manage project administration, daily operations, schedules, milestone dates, close-out activities, and issue escalation as required. Drive change management, performance tracking, and reporting: Monitor change events and change orders, track performance metrics and KPIs, communicate project objectives, and support executive and steering committee reporting. Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance: Take ownership of project-specific safety and quality plans, monitor HSE goals and risks, and ensure compliance with client requirements and all applicable regulations. The Right Tools for the Job Experience: 7–15 years of experience managing or coordinating building construction projects, with the ability to work autonomously and proactively manage risk and claims. Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred). Skills: Strong project management and leadership skills, including budgeting, subcontract management, scheduling, change management, HSE/quality compliance, and proficiency with MS Office and project scheduling software (InEight considered an asset) Compensation Salary Range $120,000 to $140,000 per annum Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience Flexible, comprehensive Health & Dental benefits plan designed to support your well‑being #PM #OntarioJobs Lay the Foundation for Your Next Career Move.
