Senior Project Manager/Estimator position in Cornwall for a Disaster Restoration expert! Due to strategic growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Estimator to join their leadership team. Your new role Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee restoration projects from initial loss assessment through to completion while also preparing accurate estimates and managing client relationships. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a small-business environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. Responsibilities include: Preparing detailed restoration estimates using Xactimate Managing insurance restoration projects from start to finish Coordinating field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers Building and maintaining relationships with adjusters, insurers, and clients Managing project schedules, budgets, and profitability Identifying opportunities to grow business within the Eastern Ontario market Supporting daily operations and contributing to long-term business strategy Mentoring field personnel and helping develop a high-performing team What you'll need to succeed Experience in the disaster restoration, insurance restoration, or property restoration industry Strong proficiency with Xactimate (required) Previous experience in both estimating and project management Leadership or supervisory experience in a small to medium-sized business environment Strong commercial and business acumen Excellent communication and customer relationship skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's licence Candidates from Cornwall, Brockville, Hawkesbury, Ottawa's east end, or surrounding communities within approximately 80 km are encouraged to apply.
