Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery for internal & client driven initiatives within our product suite Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success criteria in partnership with client stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings, status updates, executive summaries, retrospectives, and any related project communications. Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and proactively escalate blockers internally with recommended solutions. Maintain clear project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, decision records, implementation plans, and post-launch summaries. Coordinate and communicate cross-functionally with Development, Quality Assurance, Customer Success, Sales, Support teams. Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, configuration, training, and ongoing adoption following project completion. Monitor delivery quality and ensure projects meet customer expectations, business requirements, compliance needs, and internal standards. Qualifications 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS, software, technology, or IT environment. Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles & SaaS delivery models Experience working with APIs, data integrations, CRM systems, analytics platforms, or cloud infrastructure concepts. Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of change management impacts on project delivery and methods to mitigate impact Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams to explain project status, risks, and decisions to both audiences. Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through. Experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations, product releases, integrations, migrations, or cloud-based technologies PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is an asset Key Skills Ability to anticipate project risks, dependencies, and blockers Strong communication skills Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through across multiple concurrent projects. Strong facilitation skills for project meetings, status reviews, retrospectives, and cross-functional working sessions. Practical problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend options, trade-offs, and next steps. Attention to detail in project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications. Ability to build trust and maintain alignment across internal teams and external client stakeholders.
