Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements Assist in the coordination and implementation of Hospital Information System (HIS) related activities across clinical and operational teams Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status updates to track progress and ensure timely delivery Facilitate effective communication between clinical teams, leadership, and project stakeholders Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems within clinical environments Must Have: Familiarity in project management tools and software and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. Experience working with large cross functional teams and 3rd party teams is an asset. Strong understanding of hospital workflows in either clinical or non-clinical areas is an asset. Demonstrated critical thinking skills, strong organizational skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills are required. Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Enterprise applications (i.e., Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote) is required. Ability to learn new software and systems, demonstrating technical aptitude. Ability to work in an agile environment to deliver an EPIC HIS that meets end user needs. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team to meet HIS project milestones and ensure successful project delivery. Nice to Have: IIA/IIP, MRT, PACS, CIIP, CCNA, MCP and/or other relevant certifications are considered an asset
