We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (TPM) to lead the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance initiatives across our operations. This role is critical in driving operational excellence by improving equipment reliability, increasing uptime, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will provide strategic leadership, manage end-to-end project execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure TPM principles are embedded effectively across the organization. Exigences

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Management and 8-10+ years of experience in maintenance or TPM project leadership. Candidates must be able to meet Canadian Government Security clearance and ITAR requirements.
