Experience: 5 7 years in Technology or Infrastructure Project Management. Retail experience is a plus. Scope: Manage multi-location retail store remodels, refreshes, upgrades, and merchandise relays from start to finish. Project Delivery: Manage schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, vendors, stakeholders, and go-live across multiple projects. Facilities: Coordinate construction, fixtures, layouts, signage, MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing), contractors, safety, quality, and code compliance. IT/Store Systems: Lead deployment of POS, network, cabling, devices, digital signage, testing, and cutovers. Coordination: Work with Real Estate, Construction/Facilities, IT Infrastructure, Store Operations, Merchandising, contractors, and technology vendors. Store Operations: Minimize store downtime/disruption using phased plans and off-hours execution. Go-Live: Ensure stores reopen fully operational with validated systems, completed punch lists, and proper handover. Required Skills: Project budget/financial tracking, networking & infrastructure knowledge, Microsoft Office, stakeholder/vendor management, communication, organization, and multitasking. Certification: CAPM/PMP preferred.
