Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and vendors to define project scope and objectives. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports. Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams. Ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce integrations. Drive requirements gathering, solution design workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, and hypercare support. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Track project progress against milestones and provide regular executive-level status updates. Ensure adherence to PMO governance, delivery standards, and compliance requirements. Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and successful adoption of Salesforce solutions. Essential Skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 8+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects. Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, data migration, security model, and release management. Experience managing system integrators, offshore/onshore teams, and third-party vendors. Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps. Preferred Qualifications Must be PMP certified. Experience in Telecom, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, or Enterprise Digital Transformation programs. Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, middleware platforms, or cloud integration solutions.
