Position: Customer Project Manager Location: Canada Duration: Long term contract Required Experience Program Management for Telecom Delivery and Care programs - at least 3 years’ experience in this role Create and maintain program and project schedules Track program and project issues through resolution using an Action Item Register Coordinate OEM laboratory entry and exit activities Coordinate customer laboratory entry and exit activities Coordinate FOA site entry and exit activities Coordinate production site entry and exit activities Manage project and program scope Manage project and program budgets and costs Direct Project Managers assigned to the program and oversee project execution activities Skillset PMP Certified Strong team handling skills and able to work with cross cultural and multi-geography teams Detail oriented approach to tracking timelines and follow ups closely Able to work with Telco customers and ensure delivery with customer delight Ability to manage multi-vendor ecosystem and handle dependencies without schedule impact Strong reporting skills to customer and to management
