Sales Manager — Québec City Remote with the possibility of being in office in the future. If you know Québec's meetings and events scene the way a local should, the right venues, the right contacts, the right moments to make an introduction, this role was built for you. We're a destination management and event production company seeking a driven business developer to grow our market presence. You'll spend your time cultivating relationships with hotels, venues, DMOs, and industry partners who can refer and recommend our services to the clients who need them most. This is an independent, relationship-heavy role that rewards people who are organized, tenacious, and genuinely passionate about the destination they represent. What You Bring At least 5 years in a sales or business development capacity within hotels, events, or tourism Hands-on experience in destination management or a directly relevant role Proven ability to grow a book of business and contribute to organizational revenue goals Strong self-management skills — you prioritize well, follow up consistently, and close A warm but professional communication style, both in writing and in person Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating complex client relationships A collaborative approach to working with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners Sound judgment and a high standard of professionalism in all interactions Thorough knowledge of Québec's tourism infrastructure, key players, and destination assets Comfortable working within Microsoft Office in a professional business environment
