Our client has an opportunity for an IT Senior Project Manager (SAP / Business Transformation specialization) Location: Montreal or Greater Toronto Area Workplace Type: Hybrid - Onsite 4 days/week mandatory As a Project Manager, You Will Define and lead the project approach from concept through execution Provide the IT Leadership Team with weekly progress reports including risks, issues, decisions as well as recommendations for adjustments as necessary. cies. Have strong leadership skills Manage internal and external relationships Work effectively in a multi-site delivery model. Lead the end-to-end management of third-party vendors and system integrator Have a well-rounded Project Management knowledge base and the ability to quickly pickup and deliver projects across various applications and platforms. You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications: Experience in manufacturing environments (Consumer Packaged Goods preferred) or related industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; ability to provide updates to Director and VP levels; adept at building relationships with internal teams and external partners Experience reporting to and working with senior management and steering committees with stakeholders in IT and the Business Strong Business Acumen Experience managing Projects end to end from Initiation to Project Closure. This would include building Project Plans, Managing Resources, forecasting project budgets over $1M, tracking actuals, leading Steering Committees etc. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum (i.e. PMP, Prince II) SCRUM Master certification or successful completion of projects in hybrid or agile environments (asset) A minimum of 12 years of total IT project delivery experience, of which 5 years include leading full delivery lifecycle as well as managing a diverse team Experience delivering SAP projects (asset) Experience delivering large projects or programs with complex application delivery Experience managing multiple system integrators Experience managing a global Deployment is an asset Experience delivering AI Use Case from Minimal Viable Product to full scale deployment (asset) Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure Ability to work independently and as part of a delivery team Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to coordinate 20+ shared resources and collaborate at all levels. Strong people management skills including delegation, motivation, coaching, and conflict management capabilities. Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced project environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work-streams, teams, business divisions, geographies, time zones, & languages. Experience managing packaged software and SaaS implementation methodologies. Cross functional exposure, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain and HR/Payroll an asset Expert-level proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, MS Project Professional and Excel) and SharePoint. French/English bilingual competency is an asset Product management knowledge or working experience is an asset.

Exigences
