Company Description AutoWash Solutions Inc. (AWS) is the official Canadian distributor of the IQ Max Large Vehicle Wash and other DS Car Wash in‑bay automotive lines. Founded in Mississauga, Ontario by two brothers, AWS focuses on delivering high-quality, touchless wash systems tailored to large vehicles. The company is driven by a mission to make fast, efficient, and reliable touchless washing accessible across Canada. Team members join a growing organization that values innovation, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships with commercial and industrial clients. Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Mississauga, ON and combines Sales Director and Project Manager responsibilities for car wash systems. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients across Canada. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with customers, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, coordinating installations, and overseeing project timelines and budgets. The Sales Director / Project Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, provide technical and operational guidance on car wash systems, and ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with customer expectations. The role also includes monitoring market trends, contributing to sales strategy, and supporting post-installation customer service and performance follow-ups. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Sales and Business Development, including prospecting, solution selling, and closing complex deals. Experience in Sales Operations, such as pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM usage. Strong Customer Service capabilities with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and after-sales support. Team Management experience, including coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing contractors or field technicians. Background in technical or capital equipment sales, construction, automotive, or industrial systems is an asset. Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfort working on-site and visiting client locations; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Canada as needed. Post-secondary education in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
