Project Manager - Residential - Multi-Family Construction

As a Project Manager, you will lead the team in managing multiple residential projects (depending on size) in accordance with the contract documents, throughout the entire project life cycle, from the planning stage through to project close-out and hand-over stages. You will be managing scheduling, a major part of the daily responsibilities for this position. You will be accountable to safety, quality, schedule, budget, correspondence, contract administrations, cost control and take an active role in the day to day of your construction projects. Qualifications 5 to 10 years of relative Canadian experience as a Project Manager. Specific demonstrated full lifecyle project experience managing ground up multi-family mid-rise residential projects. Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered. Strong inspection skills to ensure quality control Proficiency in logistics management to keep projects on track Proficient in Microsoft Project Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Experience working in Jonas a plus Experience in change management Experience in contract management (CCDC range and CCA1 subcontract) Experience in dispute management Excellent organizational skills to manage time and resources effectively Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to multi-task and a few projects (smaller) at a time Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and make informed decisions Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Gold Seal Certification in project management an asset

Lead the management of multiple residential multi-family construction projects from planning through to close-out and hand-over. Accountabilities include managing schedules, budgets, safety, quality control, and day-to-day project operations.

Requires 5 to 10 years of Canadian experience specifically managing ground-up multi-family mid-rise residential projects. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required, and Gold Seal Certification is considered an asset.
