M3 Development Management is looking for a Project Manager to join our Vancouver team. This role is ideal for a technically strong, highly organized professional with experience in development and construction project management. You'll lead projects from planning through completion while building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: At M3, no two days look the same. As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of your projects while working alongside a collaborative team to deliver successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure successful delivery. Chair project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, reports, and key project documentation. Support proposal development and contribute to business development opportunities. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and strengthen M3's processes What You Bring: Post-secondary education in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline. 6+ years of experience in project management, construction, development, or consulting. Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of project budgets, scheduling, contracts, and risk management. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (experience with Procore is considered an asset).
