Client is seeking an autonomous senior professional to oversee and coordinate digital accessibility projects with established vision and priorities. This is not a product ownership role: the individual will not define the vision or the backlog but rather advance a pre-defined plan with the business and IT teams. The core of the role is cross-functional coordination: monitoring deadlines, managing risks, coordinating partners, and reporting to management. The recurring terms (roadmap, action plans, stakeholders, influential leadership, indicators) confirm a priority given to delivery tracking and engagement without hierarchical authority. The title "Project Manager" is explicitly open depending on the candidate's profile, and expertise in accessibility remains an asset, not a requirement. The format is a short-term, part-time contract of 10 hours per week, fully remote, with a few scheduled meetings and the rest organized according to the consultant's availability. WHAT WE DON'T WANT Product owner focused on vision definition and backlog prioritization, with the mandate to execute a pre-established plan Resume without experience coordinating initiatives involving multiple teams or departments Experience limited to a technical implementation role (development, integration, design) without delivery tracking or accountability Less than 8 years of relevant experience Project management experience confined to a single team, without coordination of cross-functional stakeholders No evidence of mobilizing or influencing partners outside of a direct reporting line
