You will help manage our sewer, watermain, and underground utility projects from start to finish. This role is a hybrid position that includes daily project coordination, material and job estimating, and managing our company fleet. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Support project manager and field crews with daily scheduling and planning. Track project progress, materials, and job-site documents. Communicate with suppliers, sub-contractors, and municipal inspectors. Prepare progress reports and assist with site documentation when needed. Estimating Assist with material take-offs and cost estimates for sewer and watermain bids and jobs. Request quotes from material suppliers and sub-contractors. Review tender documents, drawings, and project specifications. Fleet Management Track and schedule routine maintenance, safety checks, and repairs for company trucks and equipment in conjunction with our mechanic. Keep accurate logs of fleet usage, licensing, and insurance renewals. Coordinate equipment delivery and pickup between job sites. Requirements & Qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience in heavy civil or underground utility construction. Knowledge of sewer, watermain, and excavation processes. Basic skills in construction estimating and reading blueprints/drawings. Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract. Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and project software).
