This role is ideal for a results?driven professional with a strong background in *mine ventilation systems, project management, and technical sales*, who can lead operational delivery while supporting business growth. With over *10 years of experience* in mine ventilation projects, the successful candidate will oversee operations from design through execution, manage client relationships, and contribute strategically to sales and business development initiatives. *Key Responsibilities Operations & Project Management* * Lead and oversee mine ventilation projects from proposal through execution and close?out * Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk for multiple concurrent projects * Ensure compliance with mining regulations, safety standards, and engineering best practices * Coordinate with field teams, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high?quality delivery * Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives *Technical Leadership ?
