In this role, you will lead construction projects across the region, guiding teams through day to day execution while ensuring strong safety practices and high quality project delivery. You’ll play a key role in driving project success by coordinating resources, maintaining customer relationships, and keeping projects on track from planning through completion. As a Project Manager, you will: * Liaise with clients, maintaining ownership of day-to-day relationships with key decision makers, project teams, and site personnel. * Plan and control the construction of allocated projects to ensure completion in accordance with design requirements, schedules, and cost restraints. * Lead the project team in preparing economical and professional plans and specifications. * Identify opportunities to add customer value, including evaluating cost‑effectiveness of design and material selection. * Oversee tendering, contract awards, and contract management. * Prepare budgets and track cost reporting. * Quantify design and scope changes. * Manage progress claims and change orders with customers. * Act as a coach, mentor, and resource regarding safety issues for the project team. Requirements: * Post-secondary degree or diploma. * 3–5+ years’ experience in construction projects of varying size and scope. * P.Eng and/or PMP considered an asset. * Strong knowledge of construction and project management methodologies. * Broad understanding of building codes and Occupational Health & Safety legislation. * Critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and strong attention to detail. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Ability to effectively influence others and resolve technical or project issues. * Availability to travel within Atlantic Canada and across Canada.
