Construction Project Manager Full-Time Our client, a well-established and growing construction company in the Ottawa area, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys leading projects from inception to completion and has experience managing small to large-scale construction projects. Candidates with restoration experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as this experience is considered a valuable asset. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from small renovations to large commercial or institutional projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and progress reports. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project performance, quality, and safety. Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and client communications. Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project timelines. Foster strong relationships with clients, trades, and project stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager. Proven experience successfully managing projects of varying size and complexity. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software. Valid Ontario driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites throughout the Ottawa region. Experience in restoration, and disaster recovery projects is an asset. PMP designation or other project management certification is considered an asset. Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and local construction regulations.
