Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Travel to project sites as needed) Join Our Team Integrated Exteriors is a growing commercial masonry contractor specializing in large-scale commercial, industrial, educational, healthcare, and mixed-use construction projects. We are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, maintaining strong client relationships, and completing projects safely, on time, and within budget. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience , preferably in masonry or a related trade. This individual will oversee multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a forward-thinking solution-oriented individual who brings a positive attitude, embraces innovative ideas, and is motivated to make a meaning impact on our team. Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial masonry projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate with owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents. Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Procure materials and coordinate deliveries. Coordinate project sequencing to keep projects on track. Collaborate with general contractors and other trades to ensure smooth project coordination and efficient workflow. Work closely with field superintendents to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Monitor project costs and maximize profitability. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or budget. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality expectations. Complete project closeout documentation. Qualifications 7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction. Proven success managing large-scale single trade projects valued at $5 million or CM projects over $30 million. Masonry experience is strongly preferred; experience with concrete, restoration, or exterior envelope construction will also be considered. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and contract administration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Blue Beam and Autodesk. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage complex situations and create positive outcomes. Proven ability to be a positive leader Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
