Tasks And Responsibilities As part of your role, you will be expected to: Analyze operational needs and propose technical solutions adapted to the manufacturing environment. Lead or support technical projects by ensuring their planning, follow-up, and coordination. Develop and optimize work methods, operational standards, and coordination processes. Act as a link between shop-floor teams, support functions, and management. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend sustainable corrective actions. Produce and maintain clear, structured documentation that is useful to operations. Act as a resource person on complex technical matters and support the team as needed. Contribute to the coordination and continuity of team activities as needed. How to thrive in this role?
