Project Manager – Ground-Up ICI Construction Location: GTA Salary: $140,000–$160,000 + bonus, benefits, and RRSP Our client, a well-established general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects. Responsibilities Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and change management. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. Monitor project risks, financial performance, quality, and safety. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting. Qualifications 7+ years of project management experience with a general contractor. Strong experience delivering ground-up ICI projects. Proven knowledge of contracts, cost control, scheduling, and construction operations. Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills. Construction Management, Engineering, or related education preferred. What’s Offered $140,000–$160,000 base salary. Performance bonus. Comprehensive benefits. RRSP program.
