Project Manager – Ground-Up ICI Projects Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + RRSP + Benefits + Bonus Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ground-up ICI construction projects. This role is ideal for a strong construction professional who can manage schedules, budgets, contracts, trades, consultants, and client expectations from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing institutional, commercial, or industrial builds and understands how to keep complex projects moving while maintaining quality, safety, and cost control.
