Scrum Master & Project Lead or Manager Mississauga, ONTARIO - Canada Onshore Delivery Lead Primary focus: End-to-end delivery ownership for the squad. Key responsibilities & skills: Drive overall delivery for the squad, including release planning (SIT/UAT/Prod) and execution. Lead quarterly and sprint-level planning, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Provide regular updates to myself, Managers of Engineering and Product Owners. Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations. Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, release management, and change controls Strong experience with Agile delivery and stakeholder management Familiarity with Azure-based applications and enterprise integration landscapes is preferred
