Manage railway bridge and culvert projects, including bids, schedules, resources, budgets, subcontractor contracts, additional work, and progress billing. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and professionals; lead project meetings; prepare reports and work plans; and ensure quality and safety requirements are met.
