Project Coordinator

Duties We are looking for a driven Site Supervisor to join our team to perform and assist in the following and related duties: Project Coordination: Collaborate on construction plans, schedules, and day-to-day operations. Workforce Management: Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, assign tasks, and provide guidance. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards; conduct inspections. Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols; conduct safety trainings. Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate delivery and handling of construction materials and equipment. Communication and Reporting: Update the project manager regularly; maintain records and reports.

The role involves coordinating construction plans, schedules, and day-to-day site operations. It also requires supervising workers and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.

The candidate should have experience in site supervision and workforce management. Mid-senior level seniority is required to handle quality assurance and material coordination.
