Job DescriptionThe Program Manager, Integrated Care cultivates and manages high-performing teams comprised of Nurses, Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and Allied Health professionals – fostering a collaborative, innovative, and learning-focused environment that aligns with Spectrum's Mission, Vision, and Values.In this role, you will ensure seamless program operations by leveraging data-driven insights to optimise service delivery, enhance quality, and achieve key outcomes.
