As our business grows, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact development programs and help elevate the performance of our Project Management Office. About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of planning and executing complex MEMS development projects, guiding them from concept through to manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers and scientists, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality. Beyond execution, you’ll play a key role in improving how we work — enhancing project management systems, strengthening team effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. What You’ll Do * Lead execution of MEMS development programs, transferring customer prototypes into manufacturing * Manage complex, cross-functional project teams across engineering, operations, and business functions * Provide clear visibility to plant leadership on project status, risks, and forecasts * Drive improvements in project execution — reducing timelines, lowering costs, and improving quality * Facilitate key project activities including design reviews, gate reviews, and problem-solving sessions * Strengthen application of quality frameworks (PFMEA, MSA, control plans, SPC) * Build strong customer relationships and lead business review meetings * Mentor and develop junior project managers * Lead strategic improvement initiatives to advance project management systems and practice Who We’re Looking For * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field * 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in MEMS, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing * Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and deliver results * Strong background working in manufacturing and cross-functional engineering environments * Experience with integration or product engineering is an asset * PMP certification or equivalent training is an asset * Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * A reputation for getting things done and driving results Why Join Teledyne MEMS? * Lead cutting-edge MEMS programs with global impact * Work alongside highly skilled engineers and technical experts * Influence and improve how projects are executed across the organization * Take on a high-visibility leadership role with opportunities for continued growth If you’re passionate about MEMS, excel at leading technical teams, and want to make a lasting impact on how innovative products reach the market, we want to hear from you. Lead the execution of complex MEMS development programs from concept through to manufacturing while managing cross-functional teams. Drive continuous improvement in project management systems and quality frameworks to reduce timelines and costs.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field with over 5 years of project management experience in MEMS or semiconductors. PMP certification and a strong background in manufacturing environments are highly desired.
