Key Responsibilities: Ensure all work is completed on budget, on time, and in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Adhere to all project management policies and procedures Review projects with Project Coordinators, foremen and onsite crews Provide mentorship, coaching and training to Project Coordinators, Foreman and Lead Hands as needed Work with Field Services scheduler, purchasing etc. to resolve any anticipated staffing needs/changes and material purchases to avoid project delays. Responsible for quality control of all completed work both onsite and in-house. Gather all necessary project information and costs for the purposes of compiling and writing up change notices and out of scope work (extras). Work with TMG finance team to ensure all paperwork (customer files, job files and quotes) are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Participate in weekly production meetings. Assist in obtaining new customers as requested Always conduct oneself in a professional manner in alignment with Company values, including but not limited to language use, attire, and workmanship All other duties as required Relevant industry work experience Relevant trade certification an asset (309A) PMP certification or desire to pursue Knowledge of electrical industry and electrical design principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, time and budget management skills Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD True View. Familiarity with ERP systems with preference for experience working with Microsoft NAV Dynamics Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record and full time use of a company vehicle Willing and able to travel to customer locations as needed We Look Forward to Hearing from You! Salary Range For The Role: $95,000 to $125,000 The salary range provided in this posting is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location, as well as internal equity and budget considerations.
