This is an opportunity to move beyond simply coordinating tasks and take real ownership of people, projects and performance. You'll work closely with ownership, have meaningful responsibility for how projects are delivered and play an important role in improving how the company operates as we grow. For a strong Project Coordinator or Assistant PM, this could be the opportunity to step into full project management. For an experienced PM, Superintendent or Foreman, it's an opportunity to take on broader leadership responsibility while staying connected to the field. If you're a construction professional who takes pride in running organized, safe and successful projects, we'd like to hear from you.
