Program Manager – P&C Insurance | Ontario (Hybrid) We're supporting a leading global IT services organisation as they build out a P&C Insurance transformation programme, and we're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead it. This is a senior mandate for someone who has run large scale insurance technology programmes end to end: governance, financial oversight, distributed delivery teams and executive stakeholder management, all within a global consulting environment. What we're looking for: 18+ years in IT, with at least 8 years in Delivery or Program Management A track record delivering within P&C Insurance Experience managing multi million dollar programmes and large delivery teams Comfort across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models Strong financial management, budgeting and forecasting experience Excellent stakeholder, negotiation and executive communication skills Nice to have: Exposure to Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco or similar insurance platforms Cloud transformation experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) Digital insurance, data or automation initiatives Based in Ontario, hybrid working.
