This is not a role where you will spend your first year watching from the sidelines. From your first week, you will be embedded in the commercial heart of Wonderbrands — working alongside experienced GTM Managers and cross-functional teams on some of the most strategically important product launches and retail execution programs in the company's recent history. Based on your GTM team function, your work will touch product commercialization, private label and no-brand product programs, customer presentation development, performance tracking, POS execution, promotional coordination, in-store sampling, or Broker network activation. In many cases, several of these at once. We are looking for someone who is sharp enough to figure them out quickly, humble enough to ask for help when they need it, and driven enough to keep going until the work is done and done well. This role reports to a Manager within the Go-to-Market Enablement team and works closely with cross-functional teams across the Wonderbrands organization. Primary Responsibilities Project Coordination & Tracking Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers for assigned GTM initiatives Track action items across cross-functional stakeholders and follow up proactively to ensure commitments are met on time Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation — meeting notes, status reports, risk logs, and decision records Flag delays, risks, or gaps in execution to your GTM Manager as soon as they are identified Help prepare regular status updates and progress reports for GTM Managers and senior stakeholders Cross-Functional Coordination Support Coordinate logistics for cross-functional working sessions — scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and action item tracking Support communication between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Broker partners on assigned initiatives Ensure every stakeholder on your initiatives has what they need — the right information, the right materials, and the right timeline — to deliver their part of the plan Assist in the preparation of commercialization plans, launch briefs, and stakeholder presentations Build productive working relationships across the organization so that the GTM Enablement team is seen as organized, reliable, and easy to work with Product Commercialization Support Assist in coordinating product launches through the commercialization pipeline — tracking key milestones from PLM handoff through to confirmed distribution and shelf placement Support the preparation of customer-facing product launch presentations — including data gathering, slide preparation, and formatting to Wonderbrands' presentation standards Help coordinate private label and no-brand product programs — tracking development timelines, retailer approval processes, and launch readiness Assist in defining and tracking success metrics for product launches — including distribution targets, velocity benchmarks, and market penetration goals Support post-launch performance reviews by gathering data, organizing findings, and preparing summary materials Retail & Field Execution Support Assist in the coordination of POS material development and deployment — tracking production timelines, retailer specifications, and store-level placement compliance Support promotional execution coordination — maintaining the promotional calendar, communicating program details to Broker and retail partners, and tracking execution compliance Help coordinate in-store sampling programs — supporting logistics, scheduling, product supply, and post-event reporting Assist in the preparation and distribution of Broker briefing packages Track Broker and field execution compliance across markets and flag gaps to your GTM Manager Performance Tracking & Reporting Support the collection, organization, and analysis of retail performance data — including distribution, velocity, promotional compliance, and in-store execution metrics Help build and maintain performance tracking dashboards and reporting tools Conduct analysis of retail and execution data to identify trends, gaps, or early warning signals Assist in the preparation of post-launch and post-promotion review materials Continuous Learning & Improvement Absorb everything around you — every meeting, every dataset, every customer conversation is an opportunity to build your commercial knowledge and accelerate your development Bring fresh eyes and intellectual curiosity to every problem — we value the perspective of someone who is seeing the CPG industry for the first time and asking questions that experienced people have stopped asking Continuously look for ways to improve the tools, templates, and processes the GTM team uses to execute its work Share observations and ideas with your GTM Manager — your perspective matters here About You: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing or any relevant field.
