Senior Program Manager

The Program Manager, Products & Services plays a critical cross-functional role within the Products and Services organization, reporting directly to the Director, Business Transformation. This individual is responsible for driving end-to-end execution across a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and operational outcomes. The Program Manager acts as a central coordination point across teams and initiatives, bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to complex programs across all Xplore platforms. Key responsibilities include: * Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in a complex, matrixed organization. * Working knowledge of the Canadian telecommunications industry, including Fixed Wireless, Fibre, and Satellite technologies. * Proficiency in program management tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project). * Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and communicate commercial drivers and trade-offs. * Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will possess: * 7+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, ideally within telecommunications or technology sectors. * Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within scope. * Experience driving business transformation and organizational change initiatives. * Demonstrated success managing executive-level stakeholders and facilitating senior decision-making forums. * Experience in product or services organizations within a regulated or infrastructure-intensive industry is a strong asset. * PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is preferred. Candidates must have 7+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors. A PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is preferred, along with strong proficiency in program management methodologies and tools.
