Votre rôle Relevant de la direction des opérations, vous serez responsable de la performance globale des activités de production ainsi que du développement de l'équipe de supervision. Vous contribuerez à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance, de qualité et de santé et sécurité, tout en assurant l'amélioration continue des opérations et le développement des talents.

Principales responsabilités • Assurer l'atteinte des objectifs de production, de qualité, de santé et sécurité et de performance opérationnelle • Encadrer, mobiliser et développer une équipe de superviseurs de production • Analyser les KPI manufacturiers, l'OEE et les indicateurs de performance afin d'identifier les opportunités d'amélioration • Mettre en œuvre des plans d'action visant l'optimisation des opérations et la performance des lignes de production • Participer aux projets de croissance, d'automatisation et d'amélioration continue • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de maintenance, d'ingénierie, de qualité et de ressources humaines
Profil recherché • Formation universitaire pertinente en génie, gestion des opérations ou domaine connexe • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans un environnement manufacturier • Expérience significative en gestion de production ou d'opérations manufacturières • Expérience concrète dans un environnement hautement automatisé • Expérience dans une usine fonctionnant en continu (24/7) • Expérience en gestion de superviseurs ou de gestionnaires • Expérience avec les KPI manufacturiers, l'OEE et les indicateurs de performance • Bonne maîtrise d'Excel • Expérience avec Power BI ou d'autres outils d'analyse de données • Expérience en amélioration continue, Lean Manufacturing ou excellence opérationnelle

Your Role Reporting to the Operations Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of production operations and the development of the production supervisory team. You will contribute to achieving safety, quality and operational performance objectives while driving continuous improvement initiatives and developing talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities • Lead production operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity and operational performance objectives • Coach, develop and support a team of Production Supervisors • Analyze manufacturing KPIs, OEE and operational performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities • Implement action plans to optimize production efficiency and overall operational performance • Participate in automation, growth and continuous improvement initiatives • Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Human Resources teams
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field • 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment • Significant leadership experience in production or manufacturing operations • Proven experience in highly automated manufacturing facilities • Experience managing operations within a 24/7 manufacturing environment • Experience leading supervisors, managers or frontline leadership teams • Experience working with manufacturing KPIs, OEE and performance metrics • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and data analytics tools • Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence initiatives
