Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support manufacturing operations of a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role is 5x week onsite. The project manager will be involved in initiatives including digital transformation of tooling technology, tooling governance, and tool applications. Key responsibilities will include defining requirements, milestones, and tracking and advancing projects while working in a cross functional team environment. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace preferred) - French is required, English is an asset - Minimum 5 years of work experience, 3 of which acting in a project management role (manufacturing or production environment preferred) - Past experience working with Jira or Confluence - Exceptional communication skills NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - CAD tool knowledge - Aerospace experience Compensation: $40/hr to $49/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

The Project Manager will support manufacturing operations by leading initiatives in digital transformation of tooling technology and tooling governance. Responsibilities include defining requirements, setting milestones, and tracking project progress within a cross-functional team.

Candidates must have an engineering degree and at least 5 years of experience, with 3 years specifically in project management within a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency in French is required, along with experience using Jira or Confluence.
