Identify, analyze and document business needs related to the organization's strategic initiatives. Intervene upstream of projects in order to clarify the issues, define the value sought and guide initiatives before identifying solutions. Collaborate with initiative managers, business experts, product teams, and IT teams. Ensure consistency, quality and traceability of business needs. Participate in agile ceremonies, planning activities, and work related to the SAFe framework. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a changing environment with changing priorities. Support the adoption of new practices and facilitate alignment among stakeholders.

The Profile Sought Is As Follows

Significant experience in business analysis, ideally in a context of digital transformation or complex environment. Good knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Experience or good understanding of the SAFe framework. Basic knowledge or strong interest in artificial intelligence. Strong analytical, synthesis and popularization skills. Ability to evolve in ambiguity and manage several priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication, collaboration and influence skills. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other agile tools is an asset. Good understanding of information systems and IT environments is an asset.
