About the role
Are you a Property Administrator looking for your next exciting career move with a reputable, boutique property management firm?
Benefits & Perks $60,000 - $65,000 per annum 3 weeks vacation Extended health and dental benefits Health Spending Account Responsibilities Supporting the property manager with tenant inquires, paperwork for evictions and rent, & delivery of tenant notices Organizing all invoices and creating purchase orders Setting up new clients in the Yardi accounting system Getting together payroll information and entering data into spreadsheets Ordering office supplies as needed Coordinating with vendors to attend to tenant issues/maintenance Supporting with the administration of commercial properties Qualifications 1+ years experience as a Property Administrator (Can be in residential or commercial) Experience with Yardi software is an asset
