Business Development Manager - Eastern Canada and the USA

Role Description The Business Development Manager – Eastern Canada and the USA is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Eastern Canada and the United States, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for Correct-AI’s platform and Vision Guidance solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting customer meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating closely with technical and product teams to align solutions with client needs. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and provide regular reporting and forecasting to leadership. Qualifications Business development, sales, and account management skills, with a track record of building pipelines and closing deals in B2B technology or industrial markets. Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and consultative selling, preferably across multiple regions or territories. Understanding of technology domains such as computer vision, robotics, AI, or advanced navigation systems, and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to create compelling proposals and deliver clear product demonstrations. Strategic thinking and analytical skills, including market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to work on-site and travel regularly across Eastern Canada and the USA as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Self-directed work style, organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM tools and standard business software; experience in startup or growth-stage environments is an asset.
