About the role

  • We are looking for a Project Manager to join our CRM Consulting practice, responsible for the successful delivery of complex, client-facing CRM engagements across some of the largest sports rights holders, primarily across North America
  • This role will own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and budgets are effectively managed across consulting and product teams, while bringing structure to complex initiatives and enabling high-quality outcomes at scale
  • Operating at the intersection of consulting, client management, and cross-functional coordination, you will play a critical role in shaping how our growing practice delivers—working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you will have the opportunity to influence delivery standards, support senior client relationships, and make a visible impact on both client outcomes and the continued growth of the team

  • End-to-End Project Delivery
  • Own delivery of CRM Consulting engagements from kick-off through completion
  • Develop and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Ensure delivery remains on track across scope, time, and dependencies
  • Portfolio Oversight
  • Manage a portfolio of CRM Consulting projects, prioritizing the most complex and high-impact engagements, while managing ad-hoc client requests in partnership with project leads to define priorities, timelines, and resourcing
  • Maintain visibility across all active projects, identifying risks and dependencies early
  • Provide structured updates and clear reporting on delivery status
  • Client Delivery & Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day delivery matters with clients
  • Lead regular status updates, ensuring clarity, transparency, and proactive communication
  • Support consultants in maintaining strong client relationships through structured delivery
  • Cross-Team Coordination
  • Coordinate across CRM consultants, data teams, and internal product teams
  • Manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders, including geographically distributed teams
  • Ensure alignment across all parties involved in delivery
  • Budget & Scope Management
  • Track project budgets, burn rate, and overall delivery health
  • Identify and flag scope changes and delivery risks early
  • Support proactive decision-making to maintain project outcomes
  • Global Delivery & Scaling
  • Establish and evolve consistent delivery standards, practices, and frameworks across CRM Consulting engagements
  • Introduce tools and structures to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and scalability
  • Support delivery across multiple regions (NA, EMEA, APAC), ensuring alignment and coordination across distributed teams
  • Enable effective handoffs and collaboration within a follow-the-sun delivery model
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of global ways of working as the practice scales

  • Experience delivering client-facing projects in consulting, CRM, or technology environments
  • Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Exposure to data, integration, or digital transformation projects
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Familiarity with delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
