So, whether you’re looking to build new skills, make an impact in your community, or inspire your team, we go there for you.    Description The Manager, Finance Excellence is responsible for leading the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of end‑to‑end Finance processes across the organization. This role drives operational efficiency, strengthens controls, and enables scalable growth by embedding best‑practice processes, governance, and automation across Finance, in close partnership with Shared Services, Controllership, FP&A, and Technology. The role is a key contributor within the Finance Excellence function, translating enterprise strategy into sustainable process improvements and enabling Finance teams to operate more efficiently and consistently.Responsibilities Finance Process Ownership & Optimization

Build the framework for Finance Excellence support of FP&A and Core Accounting functions Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and control gaps; design and implement optimized future‑state processes Ensure processes are scalable, standardized, and aligned to enterprise operating models

Continuous Improvement & Transformation Delivery

Lead Finance process improvement initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, automation, digitization) Translate high‑level transformation objectives into executable initiatives and measurable outcomes Drive adoption of process changes through change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement

Governance, Controls & Standardization

Establish and maintain Finance process standards, documentation, SOPs, and operating playbooks Ensure alignment with internal controls, audit requirements, and risk management expectations Partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, and Risk teams to proactively address control concerns to ensure compliance with ICFR requirements

Stakeholder Partnership

Act as a trusted partner to Finance leadership, Shared Services, Accounting, and cross‑functional teams (IT, Procurement, HR) to enable enterprise initiatives Support business cases for automation, system enhancements, or operating model changes Represent Finance Process Excellence in enterprise projects and forums

People Leadership & Capability Development

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Business Analysts, ensuring high standards of analysis, execution, and stakeholder interaction Set clear priorities, objectives, and performance expectations aligned to Finance Excellence goals Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth Education

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation Experience

8–12 years of progressive experience in Finance operations, process improvement, or Finance transformation Prior people leadership experience managing senior individual contributors Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end Finance processes and controls Experience working with Shared Services or Centre of Excellence models Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement certification Experience with ERP systems and Finance automation tools Exposure to large, complex, matrixed organizations Skills Financial ManagementFinancial ReportingRegulatory DocumentationLanguage Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
